The context

Lead intake is only the beginning. The workflow also needs to handle duplicate submissions, invalid data, failed requests, and overdue follow-ups.

What I worked on

Authenticated webhooks, validation, honeypot checks, and idempotency controls.
Deterministic lead scoring and synchronization with HubSpot and a private PostgreSQL database.
Retries, error handling, audit logs, Slack alerts, Gmail acknowledgments, human approval, and 24-hour SLA monitoring.
